Whimsey Wall Pocket

Here is my entry for Gwens 'Ruffled Ribbon' challenge at 'Soul Scrappers'.......the orange ruffled ribbon along the top of my metal wall pocket. Here is a link to Gwens challenge if you would like to join in here!
I really enjoyed making the ruffle and I think it adds the perfect addition to the wall pocket...thanks Gwen! :)

I also made a handmade fabric rosette using the sewing machine (a new technique, I came across) and popped on a googled eyed birdie

Sorry the photo is a bit dull, its has been raining in Melbourne for three days and this may be the best it gets for a while :(
