Soul Scrappers DT and Administrator

Hi, just letting you all know that I was very lucky to be asked by Erika Martin to join her team on a new and unique community called 'Soul Scrappers'



This isn't your ordinary scrapbooking community. This is all about soul and preserving it on our scrapbook pages.

Within a couple of days we had over a hundred ladies join, now a week later we have 268..............I would love to see my followers become members and boost our member ship to 300.....now that would be awesome!!

There are daily challenges, videos and prizes., and its our Grand Opening Weekend!!

I am offering a RAK to any of my followers who join up (its free!) On your profile information there is a question that says.....How did you find out about our community? Could you please pop my name in there so Erika knows that you have joined via my invitation. But you must also complete three current challenges. Challenges range from digi, sketch, about me, technique and theme, so there is something to chose from during the week. If you complete three challenges just email me back to remind me............so much going on at the moment its hard to remember!!!!

Here's some information about Soul Scrappers and our Grand Opening weekend :) from Erika

I'm so excited to see this community grow so much in such a short amount of time. We're heading toward 250 members and the numbers continue to climb!

As this weekend progresses, I'll be sending updates to let you know what's new during the Grand Opening. During this Grand Opening Weekend, there will be challenges, quizzes and prizes. Take part in any or all of them!
This is only the beginning of the amazing things we have planned for you on this unique site!

So much has been going on behind the scenes with getting the community up and running and the amazing Soul Team (comprised of 15 amazing girls which you can see here: Soul Team ) has been working hard to bring you challenges, samples, ideas, encouragement.....this team is truly the best!

Here's a quick run down:

* The Soulology Project online scrapbooking course is starting on Monday and there's still some spots up for grabs. The Soul Team has put together beautiful layouts incorporating techniques, sketches, journaling prompts and more. * Make sure to check out the Gallery to see what our members have been uploading. Lots of fantastic layouts!

* There's all sorts of discussions happening on the Forum. Have a question? Want to start a swap? Need some ideas or want to share some ideas? The Forum is a great place to make new friends, share and learn.

* Thanks to Soul Team member, Gwen, and her hubby, Kay, we have a great start on our Video section. I love how this hubby and wife team work together in their studio!

* Our Tutorial section is starting to fill up....check out the amazing work that our team and members have already contributed!

We're getting ready to kick off our first class here at Soul Scrappers and you're invited to take part!

The Soulology Project has been very popular and I'm bringing it back with an all new Design Team. I wrote this course a couple of years ago and have held it for two weekend retreats as well as running two rounds of it online. People have asked me to bring it back for Round 3 and here it is!
