I'm loving 'Stash Your Crop Cash'! - Byron Bay 2011

I'm loving Stash your Cash Crop at Dixie Pieces this week :)

Some info about STASH YOUR CROP CASH
April 15th is d-day here in the US when it comes to filing our taxes. For many of us who stress leading up to that day, the weekend following will bring a huge sigh of relief! So let's get together that weekend and have some fun! In fact, let's have some fun while saving money! Join us here at Dixie Pieces and we will show you how to save some of your hard earned cash by using your stash! There will be challenges, games, and prizes and you aren't going to want to miss the fun!
We will be kicking it off bright and early on Friday morning with our first challenges being issued at approximately 9:00am PST! We will play, learn, and be challenged all the way through Sunday night! Then you will have until the 24th at midnight to get all your designs uploaded to the Dixie Pieces Gallery to qualify for the Grand Prize! Yep, that's a whole extra week to work on them! We wouldn't want anyone to stress! So be sure to check in on Friday and let us know that you are playing along!
Collect points along the way for participation and we will pull on Grand Prize winner to win a Dixie Pieces Kit of their Choice!
Keep your eyes open this week for some game preparation going on ---- like BINGO words!
The fine print:
All layouts must be created new for this crop and not used for any other challenges either here or on other sites. You are free, however, to post them on your blogs and anywhere else you desire. From Kim (DT member at Dixie Pieces)

Here is my entry for Erica's Fussy Cutting challenge you can see the entries here

Here is what Erica had to say........Hey guys! My challenge for you today is to fussy cut patterned paper to create your own embellishments and mimic the look of more expensive tools.

I cut the curly swirl from pp, to look like waves rolling in on the beach. This is my dd Jenna and her boyfriend Nick. Photo taken Jan 2011.

Here is a little close up
