This month's requirements are;

 

 The colour Blue
Add some Sequins or Confetti
Use at least 3 layers

 

 Here is my page called 

'Love you SO MUCH'

 

and some close ups of the layering...

I used the Colour BLUE - blue butterfly, blue pom pom around frame, 

blue fussy cut flowers and leaves, blue bird etc...

I used SEQUINS - dotted around my page

I did LAYERING - photo on top of frame and floral pieces 

layered on top of each other for dimension
